Police have identified the city man found shot and killed Tuesday night on Pearl Street.
Anthony Jones, 43, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday. He later died at the hospital.
The shooting occurred in the 200 block of Pearl Street, a place where police say is a hotspot for drug activity. But law enforcement have not disclosed a motive for the killing.
The case is being investigated by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force. Anyone with information about the killing is asked to call (609) 989-6406.
